This is the first ice cave blog that i write and this is something that i am going to do when i feel like it :) On 1. oktober we started the Ice cave season this year with the Extreme Blue Ice Cave tour taking of at 09:30 in the morning. We did make a tour to of course the best and most bluest ice caves available on the glacier this year. We did go to 2 ice caves called the ABC ice caves. We traveled in a group of 8 pax and me in rainy weather bud also very still and beautiful weather. We where on the hike for approx. 6 hours and mostly hiking on the glacier in a beautiful glacier landscape with all its deep canyons, holes and glacier valleys. The caves that we go to in the Extreme tour are in approx. 600 meters high above sea level. Its a pretty good view from up there over all the surrounding mountains and to the glacier lagoon which is not far away. Now when i write this post i have made 6 tours up there since now it is 6 days since the ice cave season started. When i have my longer tour i just make one tour a day because i rather want to make one good tour a day and give all in it instead of making two bad ones :) I have not made any of my shorter tour yet, basically i am not happy with the caves that are accessable within the range of my shorter tour now in oktober. That will change, or usually it does when it comes more into the winter months we get more caves to go to as the water starts to drain up or frees which are running from under

the glacier in oktober which has been quite warm. I am looking very much forward to the winter and all the upcoming tours that i will go in with all my guest. Our aim is to have fun and enjoy life and that is exactly what we do in our tours. Happy new ice cave season ;)
